Attorney Hanadi Faraj is a skilled and compassionate attorney at Clarity Law, where she serves as Senior Attorney with a primary focus on Family Law. With extensive experience in divorce proceedings, child custody disputes, and other family-related matters, she brings both a deep understanding of the law and a client-centered approach to each case.
Prior to joining Clarity Law, Attorney Faraj refined her legal expertise as the Judicial Attorney to the Honorable Susan A. Dabaja of the Third Judicial Circuit Court of Michigan, Family-Domestic Division. In this role, she gained invaluable insight into the intricacies of family law from the judicial perspective, working closely with the Court and assisting in case management. This experience has made her particularly adept at navigating complex family law cases with the skill of someone who has worked on both sides of the bench.
In addition to her work in the family law arena, Attorney Faraj has a well-rounded background in the public sector, including a noteworthy internship with the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office in the Special Prosecutions Unit. Her diverse experience also extends to criminal defense in the private sector, where she worked on client files in a variety of criminal matters, equipping her with a broad understanding of legal issues and courtroom strategy.
Attorney Faraj is a proud graduate of the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law (Juris Doctor, 2021), and she also holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Wayne State University.
